GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation

“GDPR”, also known as the General Data Protection Regulation, is the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of the directive 95/46 / EC. The Regulation entered into force on May 17, 2016. It will come into force directly in the Polish legal systems from May 25, 2018. The Regulation will bind all entities processing personal data as part of their business operations.
